		<description>I can&#039;t believe I didn&#039;t start eating figs and dates til only this past year.  What was I thinking??  Gorgonzola and figs are perfect together.  And since you guys are all about the grilling of the pizza you should check out Jamie Oliver&#039;s outdoor pizza tips in his newest book.  It&#039;s the series where he was cooking everything outside in his garden. Dang, the name is escaping me...</description>

Like Kristin says, the best bet is to do indirect ... once the dough is starting to bubble, shifting it over the coals for a half a minute or so seems to crisp the edges.  I was a little skeptical of the figs, but they made this perfect.  I have to say we even loved the leftovers the next day as finger food.</description>

		<description>This looks fantastic.  I love asparagus and I love figs and Lord knows my favourite food that I could eat every single day is pizza!  Hopefully once we&#039;re in California we will have a patio for a grill.  In the meantime my oven will have to do.  :)</description>
